Working with Coach Ugochi has been an awesome experience! She is very skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to health, fitness, and movement but almost more importantly, she is empathetic, patient, and friendly. I always looked forward to our workouts and loved how she struck a balance between meeting me where I was at while also encouraging me to push to the next level. I became highly motivated to work out regularly with her and found her system of “assigning” workouts very helpful to keep me going on days between our sessions. She also helped me take my home garage gym to the next level, suggesting various affordable pieces of equipment and accessories that made a big difference in facilitating my workouts. My overall experience with Coach Ugochi was terrific. She was very encouraging, whether it be in person, via text, or phone. Her support was always uplifting and fun which made every session enjoyable. Coach Ugochi is very knowledgeable and is driven to see her clients succeed. During our first meeting we sat down and discussed my goals. She took the time to listen to what I was trying to achieve and created a program that worked for me. During our training sessions, she always kept my goals in mind-which allowed me to excel. I really loved that she was easy to work with, especially when she’d push me towards my health goals. I also learned a great deal about exercising and nutrition. During the lockdown, Coach Ugochi quickly accommodated me by offering zoom sessions. Which kept me motivated to stay on my fitness journey. When I finished my work outs, I had so much energy and confidence that I couldn’t wait to attend my next session. Overall, Coach Ugochi rocks, because she’s dedicated, hard-working, and fun to work with. I always had the best workouts that were tailored to my needs, amazing trainer overall. Thank you!
