Darioush is a skilled personal trainer. I’m extremely happy with how strong I’ve become and how fit I look after working with him for 5 months. Darioush is super knowledgeable about fitness-- he is always working fun kinesiology tidbits into his instruction, he has tons of extra resources that he shares with me. Not only that, he has programmed workouts specific my fitness goals. For example, I recently took up rollerskating again, and he took the initiative to add exercises and stretches to condition me between skate sessions. Darioush is the BEST trainer. Before working with him, I'd been cobbling together fitness and workout tips from Reddit and Instagram influencers and it's SO much better working directly with a professional. He really took the time to understand my body, my goals and my limits, so when he does push me to challenge myself, I totally trust him. With Darioush's guidance, I've lost over 20 pounds and over 10% body fat. And he's a problem solver! He's worked really thoughtfully with me to try to isolate and correct a reoccurring running injury. I can’t say enough good things about him and his training programs/process. Taking my first class with Darioush was an amazing experience. I've taken many, many fitness classes where I had fun, although his style gave me the feeling of self-improvement and a kid-like giddy for the next class. The energy and motivating words from Darioush always pushed me to reach further without breaking my body. I always felt safe and proud of my efforts. His attention to technique felt reassuring, especially when I was exhausted. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing will vary depending on if we will be doing virtual training / in-person training / specific needs. When you message me "I want to do better fitness" I have a special discounted rate for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our first meeting will be a FREE consultation for me to learn more about you and you to learn more about me. I want to know your goals, injuries, habits that you want to change, and nutrition.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I specialize with people that have back pain and want to fix their posture. I worked with people from all ages as young as 15 years old and as old as 75 years old. I have programmed for people with all kinds of goals; I like programming interval training (HIIT) with intentional movements that will get you strong and lose that body fat.
