- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend fitness conferences, trade shows, and I am constantly enrolling in trainings and certifications. Staying current and up-to-date in this field is crucial for success! Plus, it is one of my favorite parts.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You will not be graded for performance - this is not High School P.E.! Come as you are with an open mind and I will help you achieve your goals in a judgment-free environment. We all come from different backgrounds and have varied strengths and weaknesses so don't be so hard on yourself!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We do not judge people by their ability or size - we are fitness professionals with a heart to serve. Come as you are and we will help you reach or exceed your goals
