Introduction
I provide a fully comprehensive martial arts training to provide excellent fitness. My students will develop skills in grappling, striking, defense, breathing/energy, flexibility, etc. I implement fun and useful martial arts techniques to meet their fitness goals. I've spent the last 7 years in Asia teaching martial arts to students of all ages. I've trained in various styles, including MMA, muay Thai and jiu jitsu (no belt and high proficiency). I'm a four-times black belt in Korean royal military martial arts (inclusive of Tae Kwon Do5, judo1, hapkido3, and jujitsu). I also specialize in jeet kune do, wing chun, long staff, swords, nun chucks and knives. I'm also a personal trainer specializing in a wide range of fitness techniques along with comprehensive training philosophy and methodology.
