- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with an initial inquiry either via e-mail or phone call. From there, we will schedule a time for an initial consultation and assessment where we will talk through your goals, our process and do a movement and joint assessment. From there, we will determine what the best fit for you is and schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Project 13 Gyms all staff members are Certified Personal Trainers through a nationally accredited organization. Thomas Conway has a Master of Science in Exercise and Nutrition science from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. Michael Cala is also in the process of obtaining his Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from San Francisco State University.
