Alyssa is an outstanding trainer. She's encouraging, attentive, and knowledgeable. She also does a great job of challenging me without causing injury. I highly recommend Alyssa to anyone who is looking to integrate fitness and overall wellness into their life.Mar 4, 2017Verified

Private Swim Lessons
The natural ease and rapport that I feel with Alyssa has filled me with anticipation and confidence to achieve a long desired goal to become a water baby --at last--in my retirement years. It will be 'golden' to be at one with the water!Jun 25, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices are between $120-$3000
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?FRC (functional range conditioning): joint mobility training to improve your overall body control and joint function at a cellular level Strong First Girya Instructor: This is a specific type of kettlebell training known as “hard style” originated with a special ops military unit. Under my instruction, clients will see an improvement in their grip strength, range of motion, core strength, tall posture, and increased overall tone to the body. Strong First Bodyweight Instructor: This certification enables me to help clients stay fit and strong with minimal equipment, whether at home or traveling. Learn the push-up, one arm one leg push-up, tactical pull-up, handstand, handstand push-up, and pistol squats to name a few. Animal Flow: Instruction includes wrist mobilization, isometric holds, form specific stretches, metabolic conditioning and dynamic multi-planar movement. I usually incorporate this movement for parents with young children or soon to be parents. It is a fun, playful way of working out and it also is injury preventative when we are trying to keep up with our growing kids.
- What types of customers have you worked with?+Entrepreneurs with body aches and little time to work out + Busy parents who are balancing working from home and homeschooling during this time + Pre- retirement interested in feeling better and stronger + Seniors who want to improve balance, strength and keep living independently
