Dio and his team were an absolute lifesaver! Recently, heavy rains caused water to flood into my closet and kitchen from the patio of the upstairs apartment, resulting in 100% dampness levels on the ceilings, walls, and floors. As a first-time homeowner, I was completely overwhelmed by the extent of the damage and the prospect of dealing with it. The first restoration company I called was unresponsive and quoted an exorbitant price. Thankfully, I found Dio. He quickly assessed the damage by reviewing videos I provided and offered a much more reasonable quote over the phone. To my relief, he and his team started work immediately, even on a weekend. Throughout the restoration process, Dio and his team were communicative and transparent, keeping me informed with regular updates on the status of the work. What impressed me the most about Dio was his trustworthiness and willingness to answer all of my questions, no matter how trivial they seemed. He made the whole experience much less stressful and helped me feel more at ease in my own home. Overall, I highly recommend Dio and his team for any water damage restoration needs you may have.
