- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process consists of a three-step plan designed to provide the best solution for your roofing needs. The first step is the estimate, where we assess your roof and present various options to address your specific issues. Once we agree on the optimal solution and a proposal is signed, we move to the second step, which involves obtaining any necessary permits and scheduling a pre-construction visit. During this visit, an estimator will revisit your property to ensure the material list is accurate and discuss any additional details with our foreman. The third and final step is the preparation and commencement of the roofing project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Alejandro Hinojosa was raised in a family predominantly composed of roofers, which ingrained in him a deep understanding of the trade from an early age. Every summer, he worked as an intern at a roofing company to learn the trade in depth. He pursued his academic ambitions at the University of San Francisco, where he studied business administration. Motivated by a desire to enhance the roofing industry, Alejandro decided to establish his own roofing business. His aim is to improve the sector through exceptional client communication and by fostering better work environments for his employees.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
