Julio Belo, the owner, worked with me for several sessions until we both understood what I needed and what Total Tech could provide at a reasonable price point. Once that agreement was reached, his team came over on schedule and did the work. They were polite and unobtrusive, worked quickly and quietly, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Once the wiring and hardware was installed, Julio himself set up the network to my specs. He made sure all of my devices were connected, using a technique on a difficult network music player that I would not have known to use myself. We walked the house checking coverage everywhere. The next day there was a power outage, and the modem and routers did not stay on. Julio came over and found a plug incorrectly placed, and even installed a surge protector without charge.
