Rita F. says, "I absolutely will use these guys again and I give my highest recommendation to anyone in need of professional plumbing services! Needed to fix a slow tub drain, clogged sink and replace a sink fixture in 1 bathroom. Zyad & Moad are both very polite and humble professionals. They showed up on time, assessed the situation and presented a very reasonable quote. For me, there was no reason to not use them. They were super honest the entire time. They adjusted their quote (lower) when they discovered that snaking the tub was not necessary. After removing the old fixture and P trap from the sink, however, they showed me what was found, explained it in a way I could understand and gave a solid recommendation on what "should" be done before putting the new fixture in. However, snaking the drain pipe proved to be more difficult than expected for any of us and after several attempts, they were not able to break the snake free from the pipe. They called for some assistance! I was very impressed with the teamwork these guys showed. Rev showed up, almost immediately, (again a very humble, polite and nice guy) and together they were finally able to break the snake free. Turns out there were rags wrapped around the end of the snake! Needless to say, the snake was ruined, but my drain is working great! In fact, so is the tub :), and I am now worry free! In my opinion, any other company that spent the time and manpower these guys did on one job, AND the destroy a tool on top of it, would have charged me 3 times as much as Blue & Gold did! I can't thank them enough for their patience and perseverance for getting the job done right! 5 stars for sure :)"See more

Annette D. says, "I had a dishwasher that was not draining. Figured the lines must be clogged. Kevin explained to me the different things that could be causing the drainage problem. And also quoted me a price for each individual issue. What I found remarkable that he charged no service charge to come to my home to check the problem. A rarity these days. As he explained everything, I could see that he was very knowledgeable in being able to diagnose the problem. He was right with the first diagnosis that the line was clogged but he also noticed that the lines weren’t exactly installed in the correct position and wondered if this could be a problem. This is where I believe he went beyond expectation. He wanted to run my dishwasher to make sure that the lines weren’t causing any problems with the drainage which meant that he had to run my dishwasher with the shortest cycle being one hour. He stayed until that cycle went through to make sure everything where in working order . Thankfully everything was in working order. There was no extra charge for this, he stuck to the original bid of the job. And I must say that what he charged me for the job was extremely reasonable! I would highly recommend Kevin and plan to keep him as my personal plumber for future jobs. He’s a very likable and knowledgeable young man. I don’t usually write reviews so for me to do this, I was highly impressed."See more
