Michael is passionate about reorganization and decorating. He helped me declutter and organize my closets, living room, kitchen as well as my art supplies and studio room. Art can be hard to organize for someone without context but Michael worked with me to understand my needs well and customized every idea. He is a pleasure to work with and took great care and thought in setting up my home as if it were his own.

I am needing to upgrade and review my wardrobe to increase my level of professionalism. I called on Madison for her help in going through my closet with me. The plan was to see what I might no longer need and to determine how appropriate my current clothing is for my job. We really covered a wide range of topics: She discussed with me the 4 color harmony system, her guess as to what my season was and a book that would give me the specifics regarding both color and even appropriate styles for each season. We reviewed each article of clothing to determine how much I liked it and wore it similar to the techniques Madison adheres to from Kondo's THE MAGIC OF TIDYING UP and whether it should be kept or donated. She developed a system whereby I put together a 24 hour pile for donation so I could really think about what I wanted and not feel any pressure to disgard or to disgard clothing too quickly. She offered the name of a designer who designed high end clothing similiar to the styles I already enjoy wearing and she sent links to that designer. She suggested I work with a free personal stylist at up to 3 of my local department stores explaining to me how best to work with them. She researched and located a well known city consultant for me to use as a resource if or in addition to the retail agents. We spent about 2.5 hours with few breaks and I learned that I could upgrade my current clothing simply by accessorizing more completely and what types of simple scarves and jewelry might be recommended or that I could discuss with a personal shopper. Although Madison is not a personal shopper she has decades of experience having had her own colors "done", having taken many seminars on "dressing for success" and years of personally networking with other business people. She has also pointed out that we've gone from a dress for success orientation to a significantly more casual orientation and yet professionalism is still important and can be achieved by weight of fabrics and accessories. She pointed out that just a few additional pieces like "real business pants vs jeans" could make all the difference so I didn't have to replace everything in my closet. She is fashion conscious and also budget oriented. What I enjoyed most about working with her is her positive disposition and her obvious passion for what she does. She has very strong detail orientation, high energy, a fabulous sense of humor and a real interest in my point of view. I really appreciate her ability to quickly find appropriate resources and websites for further research. I also have also witnessed her working on others clients and decluttering an entire floor to closet assembly and she is completely amazing. I highly recommend her for any project in the realm of wardrobe assessing & advising, decluttering, organizing, packing / unpacking and beyond. Jennifer is great at what she does and she is an extremely hard worker doing whatever is necessary to get the job done. I had no idea what I was doing, so I left it all to her expertise and was extremely satisfied. The deep cleaning is extremely thorough. I hired mythical maids as a cleaning service prior to my parents arriving for a visit on the weekend. My parents couldn't believe how clean "I" kept the house. Thanks.
Eric has been great to work with. I appreciate his systematic, and detail oriented approach, and his easy-going attitude. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of clothing and all things fashion, all the way from history to manufacture to style. He also is incredibly familiar with sources of high quality, high value clothing, and more than pays for himself on that aspect alone. I'm still in the process of updating my wardrobe, but it has already improved substantially. Eric has been very responsive and flexible both in terms of timing and in terms of approach. Based on my experiences with Eric so far, it feels more like a friend that I can get amazing style/clothing advice from than a paid consultant.

We moved into the bay area very recently and needed some wardrobe consulting. Alesia helped us pick some nice pieces to transition into the silicon valley culture and into the spring weather and summer! I hate shopping for clothes; I would rather go to the dentist. So I contacted Shelley. Shelley and I went through my clothes last week, figured out what still worked and what I needed to buy. Shelley got my sizes, clothing preferences and we made a shopping list. Today we met at a department store where she had reserved a dressing room and had gathered a rack of items for me to try. These two steps made the process SO much easier, less stressful and almost enjoyable. Shelley’s affinity for fashion, ability to see right away what doesn’t work and why, and her focus on who I am/what I want to project plus her kindness; enabled me to create a whole new wardrobe. Jef has cleaned house for me for over a decade- always on time and moreover, I trust him to clean when no one is home. The house sparkles when he leaves, perhaps because of the environmentally safe products he uses. Last July, my husband who has Alzheimers, broke is leg and was either in bed or in a wheel chair for 3 month. Jef thoughtfully and efficiently worked around caregivers, friends, and the dog. Jef is great with Jim and other disabled people. I've recommended him, and friends in my Alzheimers group also use Jef's services. Also, Jef does more than clean- he cleans out, if you need that which I did and do. For example, the pantry with 8 shelves of food stuffs needed to be "worked over and cleaned out." Perfect job! More over, Jef's a great organizer! If you need closets, basements, or whatever Jef does it. And, Jeff is great to be around.

I hired Lisa Kay with All In Place, Inc. to re-organize my overwhelming home office space full of un-filed paperwork and furniture that wasn't really useful. I really wanted to make my office filing system more functional and even find some space to fit a chair and a half in my office to double as a guest area. She more than exceeded my expectations. Now I am organized and love working out of my home office each and every day. She helped the furniture I really needed in that space work. At first I was nervous as to how she was approaching the filing and organizing, but she is the expert and gave me a new perspective on just how to look at being organized and letting go of what doesn't work anymore in a space. Renu is a caring, determined and passionate interior designer. She converted my ‘house' into ‘home’ in no time. Renu listened, payed attention to details, and recognized my design taste immediately. She did my whole home, that is, bedroom, kitchen, living room, balcony - basically everything. Additionally, working with Renu, I got educated in various things about interior designing, de-cluttering, organizing home, where to do shopping for good things for excellent price. She can also advise on other things like junk removal contacts, home cleaning contacts and anything that comes in the way of interior designing. I found her to be a very trustworthy person. After the consultation - I did not need to be home to get interior designing done, I left my spare keys with her without worrying.
