Introduction: Stacey delights in the practice of yoga, and joyfully offers it to others. A certified Anusara® Yoga teacher since 2006, Stacey infuses each class with the biomechanical principles of the body, and a celebration of life. Her dynamic and playful classes provide a fun, safe and nurturing environment that invites students to move deeply into their own hearts and transform their lives. Stacey's teaching reflects both her own journey of healing, and her extensive studies of the asana practice and tantric philosophy. Weaving the relevance of these teachings both to the practice on the mat and to life's everyday experiences, Stacey inspires her students to awaken to their greatness, and live harmoniously in the world. Stacey is available for private yoga instruction in addition to teaching public classes, trainings and retreats in the San Francisco Bay area and beyond.
