Jose was great.. I was lucky to get him since another supposedly 5 star thumbtack plumber came out prior and gave me a quote for more than twice Jose’s price. The other guy scared me by intimating that the repair might end up in a complete repipe! To even begin the basic repair he quoted $1100, probably playing on the fact that the tenant was concerned, rightly so, about the leak and that now I was over the barrel. Jose looked at the video I sent of the problem and immediately said he could fix it, for less than half the price. Keep Jose’s number for your next plumbing problem! Attached are before and after photos. A real professional who values clients and the trade!

Great experience with Jose. He took the time to go to crawlspace and examined the issues and then let me know what needs to be done. And what does not need to be done. He makes the effort and goes extra mile to make sure I was happy with results. Fixed issue with pipes under the crawlspace so they were right size and connected it back for me.

I contacted Jose in the evening and scheduled an appointment with him the next morning. Jose was honest and thorough in the initial assessment. My heater is over 16 years old, so we decided to install a new one. He went with me to get a new heater from Home Depot and performed installation at a very fair price. So far the heater is working great. I would definitely work with him again in future plumbing jobs.
