What I really like about working with Richard is that he cares about you and your family. He is sympathy and really wants to help. When the work is finished, unlike some other contractors leaving a mess, he put things back to original order, and cleaned up nicely. That is professionalism. He also checked in with me a week later to follow up if things are going well.

Rich is a great guy and knows his work well. once we had a leak in our refrigerator water pipe. We called him at 5:30 pm. He said he was working on a project and could have a look around 7:30. He reached our place at 7:15 worked untill 11:30pm found and solved the problem. He was super reasonable and fair in his pricing. He’s installed our sink and we will hire him to change our bathroom tubs. From that day to now, we only reach out Rich for our plumming needs. Keep the great work going Rich!
