Had a toilet replaced by Roman's Plumbing. I took a chance because he had only a few reviews. I'm glad I did. He responded right away without being pushy and showed up on time and did a great job. The floor was uneven where he was replacing the toilet but he was able to set it level with no leaks. I will definitely use this company again.

Our water heater suddenly started vibrating and leaking. Reached out to Roman - he was very responsive for a service call. He performed the inspection thoroughly and concluded the boiler was rusty inside. He offered quick replacement option and was on time. Before he installed he made sure that we confirm the new unit was unopened and opened it in front of us. After confirmation, he replaced it within 2 hours. He walked us through the install and showed all the knobs. He confirmed hot water was coming through and said piping hot water will be available in about 40mins. He didn’t ask for payment then, instead headed back and told that once we confirm after 40mins he would send the invoice and indeed all of this was accurate. Payment completed - a very friendly experience with zero frustration!
