I needed to install a Moen Flo at my home—a smart device that monitors for leaks and even lets you shut off your water remotely. This isn't a DIY project, so I reached out to several plumbers on Thumbtack. Out of the three who responded, Roman was the only one who even knew what a Moen Flo was, and he was also the only one who provided a reasonable quote. I told him I wouldn’t be ready for a couple of weeks, and he simply said to let him know when the time came and he’d get me on the schedule. Last Saturday, I checked back in and asked if he could come by on Tuesday. We agreed on a time. He had a job before mine that ran longer than expected, but he called ahead to let me know he’d be a bit late, which I appreciated. When he arrived, he walked through the work area and clearly explained what he planned to do. After a quick trip to Home Depot for a few extra parts, he got to work and completed the installation within a couple of hours—just as promised. He also installed an outdoor electrical outlet to power the device. I like observing skilled professionals so I can learn from them, and watching Roman work was impressive. He is thorough, methodical, and meticulous in everything he does. The final result was flawless, done correctly with absolutely no shortcuts. Lastly he is also super responsive; I would text him and always head back from him within the hour. Highly recommended.
