Very professional and responsible plumber. He helped us install a whole-house water filter at the main water entry in the garage (where the softener connection was originally planned). As soon as he saw the existing U-shaped pipe, he immediately knew it wasn’t compatible with the filter setup and explained clearly that an additional valve was needed. He didn’t guess or try to force anything — he went out right away to get the correct part without hesitation. Before making any cuts or changes, he always checked with me first and explained what he was planning to do. No attitude, no shortcuts — just very careful, respectful, and professional work.
