I have two dishwashers that are incorrectly installed and so sometimes there isn't enough pressure to get the water through the pipes. They started acting up when starting a wash cycle where the water would flow into the adjoining sink. Roman was actually the third plumber I called into to diagnose the issue. The first one was able to figure out the issue and didn't have a snake tool so he had to come back another day. The 2nd one was a highly rated service on thumbtack, but it looks like the tech that was sent wasn't too experienced . The tech snaked the pipes but eventually couldn't resolve the issue and then brought in his manager and the manager attempted to upsell me into redoing the piping. Roman was the only one that was able to resolve the issue by snaking the pipes and then snaking the airGap pipe on the roof. This allowed for more air to flow through and it resolved the issue. So far dishwasher and sink are working as expected. He initially quoted me a small amount as the initial diagnostic was a 1-2 hr job. It actually took allot longer as the issue was more complex. He charged me the same amount that he initially quoted. Overall, I would use him again and will refer him to friends.

Roman has great professional competence in plumbing and customer obsession. I had a water softener installation project which requires complex piping due to separated positions of my house's main water valve, softer location in garage, drain location in laundry, and irrigation pipe bypass. He patiently listened to my needs and illustrated detailed project plan before the work. The quote is reasonable and detailed including all materials. He worked hard from morning to evening on the installation day, taking care of all the piping in the crawling space and electric wiring in the attic. He also helped me test all the faucets and cleaned up the site before leaving. I'd like to strongly recommend Roman for any plumbing or softener project.
