Roman and his partner were extremely responsive and worked quickly to resolve the issue. They stayed late into the evening to complete the repairs, which included replacing two drains and a shower valve. Because the wall had to be opened to access the valve, I especially appreciated that they patched it back up as well as possible afterward rather than leaving everything open and in disarray. I was very grateful for their professionalism and effort.
