Roman is great. I had a drain clogged issue in the house. I submitted the request on thumbtack, and Roman reached out to me almost immediately. We set up the time for him to show up the next day, he show up on time. He spent a few hours be bugging and diagnosing the issue and fixed it for me. One day I’m asking for help, the next Roman shows up to correct our plumbing issues. Professional, courteous, thorough and a generally nice guy too. Although I provided some incorrect initial measurements, Roman caught my gaff, assessed what he needed, was off to the Depot and back and still completed the job in good time and with top quality results.
