This is my first appliance repair as I usually prefer replacement as I had bad experience with repairs via home insurance claim. I had a water leak inside clothes washer drum and this time, I went with Super Master repair just with the reviews, to my surprise everything went well and beyond. The guy came on time, diagnosed and fixed it within 30 minutes. Repair cost was not bad and hopefully the life will extend few more years. Also ,he helped to fix my stove flame issue when we requested. Overall we recommend this guy for appliance repair.

Though my washer machine was not fixed (cost would have been higher than new based on parts), I was very impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism and value. He came exactly when he said he would, quickly assessed the situation and showed both my husband and I why he recommended replacement vs repair. 100% agree that trying to fix a washing machine when the drum and bearings are shot is the correct thing to do.
