FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a telephone conversation, in which we can prepare for our initial meeting. A low key, no pressure, meeting to go over the wish list. Sometimes we can give some ball park numbers at this time, but usually we take a day or so to work out an accurate quote, and time frame. When accepted, we sign a contract that is clear and concise. With larger projects, we will provide a Gantt Chart, (work and payment schedule) that is clear. This will provide a time line of what is to be done, and when payments are due, plus it provides a "Target" completion date. At the end, if there is a punch list, we take care of it. Then there is the final walk through, and then the final payment upon approval from the homeowner. In the end, the "Win-WIn" situation closes.
