We completed artificialturfinstallation (500sqft) in our backyard and Rich’s crew helped us cut down a large olive tree as well. The crew showed up at 8:30am and the job was complete by 3:30pm.
Rich was great to work with. From the moment we chatted, he made me feel confident about his experience and helped answer all the questions I had. He was also great in setting expectations on the artificialturf options, and timing of the project. He was fabulous at communicating and always showed up or circled back when he said he would.
I look forward to working with Rich again when we’re ready to redo our front hard. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to redo their yard.

From the first callback when I submitted a request for a quote for our front yard, Rich has been right there. He responds to calls and texts if needed, and was great to work with. We had a few things going on that needed to coordinate, and it still all fell into place. The crew was polite and professional and left the site spotless. Details like capping unneeded sprinkler heads taken care of and gopher guard also installed.

Rich worked on our project ( a relatively large one, with over 6000 square feet of lawn to replace with artificialturf) with his crew in early October, in the middle of a record heat wave. Despite the challenging temperature, the crew worked diligently to finish the project on time. Rich did a thorough job explaining to us the different phases of the project and worked with us constructively to reduce costs by suggesting a few minor changes to the turf layout. He supervised the work daily to ensure progress was on track. Overall, the project was completed on time and on budget, with professional workmanship, and we are delighted with the overall result. Generally, a customer will spend more money per square foot on smaller projects versus larger areas.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would come out to visit the property to see what the customer has in mind. Measure the area(s) for square footage. Then sit down with the customer to go over the process of installation, timeline, expectations, and other questions/concerns. Providing the customer with a price and if customer wants to move forward - contract signing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience in in-home sales - selling windows, heating and a/c, and solar. Last 2 years with artificial turf.
