Dedicated to fit my vision. She created an amazing mockup and the setup was just as the mockup was shown. Very kind and patient. Her pricing is very worth it! Balloons lasted well outdoors in the sun. She and her husband are so creative when it comes to problem solving. They wind proofed the whole setup on the spot that day. I loved how everything turned out. I have had plenty of balloon artists work for me, but Janet, she is unique. She floods in ideas and listens and understands the assignment. Her full package is worth the price. She was very respectful of our home and set off good vibes from the beginning. Definetly hire her and her family team. Her kids are adorable and very helpful during takedown. I loved seeing them work together. If you want quality this is it! High quality balloons high quality shine and very clean material. You won't regret hiring her!

I highly recommend this small business. They have handled the decor for me on several occasions, and I have been more than satisfied with their work. The ideas they contributed were fantastic, and my parties looked absolutely beautiful. Their prices are reasonable, and we have been very pleased with their punctuality and efficiency. She first raised the price from my proposed budget for paneling and setting up poles to create a dance floorr ceiling, and I agreed to that although the draping on the wall is barely a tough task to charge $1,000 for but with the dance floor string ceiling and adding two poles, I agreed on her proposed price. But She kept pointingg to the low budget at every single inquiry I had, even to the extent of the length of the poles around the dance floor. This woman told me that the 10ft pole is in my budget while 11ft is not - what? Nonsensical!
Ridiculously unprofessiional and didn’t have the vision at all, she was treating it as a piece meal assignment. She wasted soo much of my timee!! Do not hire!!!

She wanted a luxury event under $700 entrance decor photo session decor draping through a hallway roof. Wanted to do a draping with a lot of roughing and texture at least 15ft wide and 12ft tall. Wanted string hanging for disco balls then tried to get me to make sure the string will hold a chandelier light. That was not discussed in the consult. I understand her vision. But her budget was too low for this luxury event. She's mad I wont do additional work for free? Ok. Bad reviews don't define my talent and work. She's mad i refused to work with a difficult client after so many attempts of trying to meet ends.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off knowing an ideal price point. We then proceed to get to know our client, what our client envisions and desires. We figure out the theme/color scheme. If we see a potential client, we charge for a $50 consultation fee where we provide a professional mockup to help client vision their setup and what they are paying for. We also charge an $80 in person consultation fee where we see the venue, organize ideas, and give exact pricing on the spot. If clients decide to move forward, the consultation fee automatically applies for a discount in their invoice.
