We reviewed multiple tenders, and choose Green Bay based on their references, experience with similar projects, and professionalism/attitude. They were not the cheapest, but competitively priced.Costs did not change from their estimates. Only from scope increases / additional suggested work. This work was always approved by us ahead of time. As with all projects there was hiccups along the way, and the city (San Mateo) took a long time to approve the plan. However, once approved work was swift. The project was not complete when we moved back in, but they were close to hitting the deadline. They also accommodated our schedule when trying to finish the work.The workmanship was good, and in cases where it wasnt good enough they came back to fix the issue. Additionally, they provide a electrical /plumbing warranty for their work which they have honored for us. Our project manager, Alon was excellent to work with, and very communicative. He greatly exceeded our expectations.Overall, I would work with Green Bay, and Alon again. I recommend them without hesitation."See more
