Other companies quoted equipment + labor on the order of 6K-7K, which felt very unreasonable, and we didn't want to wholesale swap out our installation, since the resin and salt tank had no issues. Troy was very patient during the initial consultation and made sure we purchased the right replacement parts (he did not force us to use any particular brand). The installation went very smoothly, and Troy is definitely one of the better plumbers I've encountered -- highly recommend him if you have any water softener needs and don't want to pay crazy markups on the hardware itself."See more

Nelly R. says, "Plumbing drain repair We purchased a 1957 home and soon noticed an unpleasant odor coming from the utility room, where the previous owners had relocated the washer and dryer and connected the washer to the drain. We had previously hired Natan Plumbing to resolve a gurgling toilet issue. After completing that work, I asked the plumber to investigate the odor in the utility room. Upon inspecting the drain stack, he identified an improper installation—the washer drain was missing a P-trap, allowing sewer gases to escape into the room. After receiving their estimate, we hired Natan Plumbing for the repair and could not have been happier with the result. Correcting the installation was challenging, but Natan and Max carefully evaluated the situation and developed a solution that brought the drain stack up to California code. During the repair, they also discovered that our clawfoot bathtub drain was missing a P-trap. Because the setup required a non-standard flat P-trap with special adjustments, we hired Natan Plumbing again to complete that work as well. Started the job a day early, everything I needed done was completed & turned out great. I even added some things & they were really kind about making it all happen. For example the LED light fixture was super bright once it was installed realized I needed a dimmer switch & Ken the owner said no problem & stopped over and put one in, which was so awesome. Also I had a crack in my bathroom door & they offered to fix it to save me from having to buy a new door & it came out great! Little things like that to safe me extra costs & just make my life easier, I can't tell you how appreciated & impressed of their work I am. Really great team if you need a remodel I would highly recommend👍🏻
