Sami is truly a company owner with integrity. He truly cares about his customers. We contracted Sami and Sons to put in hardwood flooring, install custom cabinets, replace carpets, change 2 fireplaces to gas inserts, and install hardwood on our stairs. Our project started out rough because the subcontractors doing the work were unskilled and made mistakes. We should have contacted him early to let him know, but tried to work with the project manager directly. We finally asked Sami to personally come and inspect the work that was done. He came and was obviously not happy with the work and promised to fix everything at his cost including replacement materials. He got his best folks to come and redo everything to a very high standard. He even asked them to do extra work for us at no cost (painting, replacing old grout in our kitchen, staining our front door). We could tell that he really wanted to make it right and he was true to his word. He was great to communicate with and Michelle in his office was also very nice and helpful. It is refreshing to work with a business owner who really cares about his reputation and quality.

Four years ago we hired Sami and Sons to do a remodel on my recently passed MIL house. Idan walked us through every aspect of the work and was responsive and helpful to our requests as we were residing in a different state while it was being done. We've had this house as a rental property and recently have sold it. We made back our money and then some through Sami and Sons hard work. Every employee that we interacted with was responsive and helpful. Even when we had an issue with a third party (tiling) Sami & Sons stepped up and went above and beyond to take care of it. It had been over 15 years since my kitchen has seen a facelift and I decided it was time to redesign the kitchen and knock out some walls. I had interviewed 4 contractors and selected Sami and Sons because of the no nonsense approach to the project, the reviews I had read and that Sami had come out and was willing to work our needs and requests that were not very standard.

It took us a while to get all the required items ordered and available to start the project, but once the project started it moved fast right away. The crew that came in to do the demolition and start the new rough framing worked very quickly and we were ahead of schedule. Everyone was very polite and they went out their way to make us feel comfortable by being mindful of our pets and cleaning up every night. The kitchen started to take shape very quickly and we were very impressed with how consultative the team was with all details of the finishing work.

As with every project there are some issues that will arise but Sami and Sons did a great job addressing any issues and making the job right. We are so very happy with our new kitchen, and are already thinking about our next project with Sami and Sons.

Sami & Sons, once again did a phenomenal job. A separate contractor had created a huge plumbing issue for me. Having worked with Sami in the past, I immediately reached out. He ensured the damage was minimized while troubleshooting the issue and offering a resolution. Sami always keeps in mind the cost to the homeowner and offers affordable solutions. In addition, I had a total garage remodel done and couldn’t be happier. With Sami it’s not just about the bottom line, but about the relationships formed along the way.

I interviewed several contractors to help with a primary suite bathroom remodel. Sami articulated a message of treating their clients like family that resonated with me. His years in the business were evident as he helped generate a vision for what the space could be that was easily understood and welcomed, given I have no interior design expertise, nor do I have the first idea where to start. Sami and Sons provided a quote that was within reason; they weren't the most expensive, and they weren't the cheapest.

The process was very smooth. Sami indicated a timeline and provided a list of required finishing materials I would need, along with a list of preferred vendors where I could procure the material with their discount. I will say all of the vendors I engaged from the list were very professional and knowledgeable and provided insight into design and finish that was very helpful for my project.

When the work started, his team, led by Hector Perez, was meticulous with preparing the home to minimize the impact of the constriction site. They cleaned up after themselves daily and always checked in to ensure I was happy with the progress or to answer any questions. I can't speak highly enough of Hector and the team and their diligence, craftsmanship, and flexibility with my wishes.

Tom, Sami's son, was also instrumental in directing and overseeing my late-stage requests to get my shower just how I wanted it. He was very communicative with the timelines, oversaw the inspections, and ensured my expectations were met and that I was happy at the conclusion.

There are many artisans involved in a construction project. Sami and Sons have top-notch professionals at your service and will make sure your project gets completed to your liking. Sami and Sons executed my project faithfully and within budget, just as Sami committed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
