Javier did an excellent job measuring for and installing two Smartwings outdoor shades. He was very responsive. Even when the shipping date for my shades changed several times, rescheduling the install date was quick and painless. He arrived on time for both measuring and installation. Our house is not perfectly level, but he took the extra time to make sure the shades were correctly aligned. We appreciated his meticulous approach, and he did everything possible to ensure the shades were functional and visually appealing.

So grateful for Elias’ work and attention to detail! I tried to DIY a curtain install, but our home’s 100-yr old plaster humbled me. Elias knew exactly how to work with it and do a very solid install. He also made sure the seam of the telescoping rod was flush to the bracket so the curtains wouldn’t snag, removed the original interior shutters, and installed a new door sweep for me. Thank you so much Elias!
