We worked with Swathi for our son's 3 year B'day party, and she delivered the perfect event within two weeks. Swathi helped us with decor, party favors, B'day cake, finding an outdoor venue, music, food for guests, furniture, and, planning party activities. She took all our stress away by providing a few options for each aspect that were right for us, and fit within our budget.
The thing we appreciate the most about Swathi was the attention to detail, and her excellent communication throughout. Swathi listened to us describe our vision, asked many relevant questions about details we hadn't considered, and came up with an excellent set of options. Once we made our choices she was on top of coordination and finalized the execution plan quickly. In addition, she was able to save the day last minute by finding a backup within hours when the bounce-house vendor canceled the night before. It was an absolute pleasure working with Swathi and we highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to eliminate stress from party planning!

I had the pleasure of working with Swathi to plan my husband's surprise 30th birthday dinner, and I couldn't be more thrilled with how everything turned out. We started by creating a mood board on Pinterest, which she used effectively to understand and capture the exact vibe we were aiming for.
Swathi coordinated everything seamlessly, arranging for top-notch vendors for decoration, catering, the venue, and photography. Her choices were impeccable, and each vendor delivered outstanding service that perfectly matched our theme. Throughout the planning process, I appreciated that I didn't have to worry about any details—Swathi handled it all with great professionalism and flair.
