Juan was very professional in his quoting process, he made the process very easy by responding to email/text/phone communication and he was flexible with my needs. His food was delicious, the guests were still telling me the next day how much they enjoyed the food and the event overall. I would recommend Juan to my friends for any type of event. We hosted a fajita fiesta at my office and everyone asked me what restaurant he was from. If you are trying the choose a caterer for your event don't hesitate to give Juan a call. He can surely help you out.
