Working with Carlton was amazing he was respectful answered all of my questions(and I had a lot of them:)) Kept in touch with me he always returned my phone calls or texts and the food was absolutely amazing we had my husband's birthday party down at Manresa beach everybody raved about the food I highly recommend Loosen Your Belt Barbecue Carlton for any catered event

The experience working with Carlton and his staff was excellent all-around. Not only did the 60 people at our son's 1st birthday party love the food, the service delivery was on-time and professional. They exceeded every expectation we had and would highly recommend them to friends who have already been asking for their contact information for their gatherings. Of particular note, the adults especially enjoyed the BBQ Brisket and the children really liked the 6 Cheese Mac N' Cheese. Carlton helped not only make the event a success, but also reduced the stress associated with putting on the event. Thank you.

Carlton was absolutely wonderful to work with. I contacted him two weeks before our Thanksgiving lunch and he was not only able to put together an amazing menu in no time, he was also very flexible in working with our company budget. The food was amazing and it was the first time we have held our Thanksgiving lunch where we actively had people asking for leftovers. I definitely recommend Carlton and Leanard with Loosen your Belt Catering for any barbecue or catering needs you may have.

It was a sudden death in the family and I was to get the food ready for the house after the service. I had never utilized an on line service to obtain a caterer but time and stress won out. I am so glad I was able to get this done with the minimal use of my energy. Food was amble and delicious, arrived on time and in serving display. Carlton was pleasant and professional assisting me in all the details and then doing it well. Great job! Thank You Carlton!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was a manager of many Resturants. After leaving the food service industry I knew i would miss it but I also knew i wanted to be my own boss. As I cooked for my co workers and friends I knew nursing was just a job. Cooking and serving people great food is what I love and will be what I do til I stop working.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    If you have time ask the company to sample their food. If they wont provide samples then ask your self why not. Are they willing to work within your budget and are they able to answer all your questions.
