- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Table & Terrace , we meet with our client's personally and learn as much about the type of event they are planning as possible. We provide our sample menus and then work closely with our clients to customize a menu based on their individual preferences. Table & Terrace is different then other catering companies in that our clients work directly with our chefs to create a menus they adore.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively Israel and Tonya have over 32 years of experience in the food & hospitality industry. Israel held just about every position there is in the kitchen on his way to ultimately becoming a chef. Tonya has worked in both the front of the house as well as the kitchen for years until finally creating Table & Terrace with Israel. Together their passion for cooking and commitment for customer service are make Table & Terrace a Catering team like no other!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a wide variety of customers. We cater everything from small private dinners to large wedding and corporate events. We love it all!
