Sergey was courteous the texted me 15 mins windows on the day of service. He arrived within the time window. I appreciate that he values his customer's time. After disassemble the washing machine he was able to diagnose the source of the leak. He showed me the location of the leak and cleared the things caused the leak and put everything back in order and clean up the working area. He concluded the service with an email of the invoice, collected payment., even provided a 90 days of warranty for the work. Highly recommend.
