I contacted Whole Duct through Thumbtack, to clean our dryer vent and ducts. We had not had them cleaned in a few years. They responded almost immediately with a quote and scheduled a time. Aydin, the technician, messaged me an hour before the appointment and arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. He did a great job cleaning out all the lint collected over several years. He made sure to clean up all the lint and left our home spotless. He explained what he did and shared photos and videos of his work. Aydin could not have done any better. I will certainly ask for Aydin for our next cleaning.

I'm really glad I found Aydin and this service. We were very overdue for the dryer duct cleaning, and the red light was on for it on the dryer. I'd read other accounts, where the service techs would revise estimates upwards, then engage in heavy-handed upsells with other services, or do incomplete work. This was not the case with Whole Duct. They responded fast, were completely prompt, thorough, worked quickly, and even replaced the outside vent cover, which had become way too old and brittle and cracked when removed, no extra charge. The estimate stayed the same, and the upsell was understandable and reasonable. (The guy's running a business, after all!) The whole thing turned out perfectly to me! I will definitely call them for next time!
