The free consultation service they provide was excellent! Got great advice from a very helpful employee who showed up right on time. Such a contrast with other pest services in the area...

The membership package is good value. The follow ups scheduling is difficult and very limited to get a hold of on a mutual good availability time. There’s follow up visits but I don’t receive a confirmed date and time. They automatically schedule it on your behalf and don’t notify you. I had to call in to know. The first visit helped clear the pests and sign up was good but the follow ups servicing is lacking.

Miguel Corona came to help us. He was very professional and friendly. Gave us all the details and necessary caution instructions before the procedure. Educated us about the species and helped us identify the right source of the problem and proceeded with the next steps. Definitely 10/10 recommend!
