Hi Kristen, thank you for your feedback. First, I sincerely apologize again for the oil spots left on your driveway. Our truck had an unexpected small oil leak that we did not notice at the time. As soon as you let us know, we returned the following morning, used a specialized cleaning product, and thoroughly washed the concrete. We take responsibility for that inconvenience and are truly sorry it happened. Regarding the additional $70 charge, once the existing fence was removed, we discovered pipes that were still in use and lattice attached to the back of the fence on the neighbor’s side. These items had to be carefully removed and then reinstalled in order to complete the fence properly. The $70 was only for this additional work that was not part of the original scope. We understand that we should have communicated this more clearly before proceeding, and we will improve our communication going forward. The fence project itself was completed in one day, and we were happy to hear that you were satisfied with the quality of the finished work. We also agreed to the $200 deduction because we wanted to make things right regarding the driveway issue.
