God 2 Dance Fitness

Introduction: As an ACE Certified Instructor I offer spirit-filled, dance-based fitness and interval training programs done to positive music in your home or an outdoor setting. I believe in positive motivation toward achieving fitness goals. I hold a certificate as a Brain & Balance Specialist for exercisers over 60, so I'm a big fan of proactive lifestyle choices that maintain cognitive health and emotional well-being. Recently POUND Certified so I'm eager to help you Rock-out your Workout. My dance background spans many decades, genres and venues. As a youth I performed in musicals for TheatreWorks and was part of an Improv Company. As an adult I've appeared in SAG movies and T.V. shows, commercials, music videos, and on Broadway. Dance and performance have shaped all aspects of my life and I now pass this skill and craft on to others.
