Sunny arrived on time and was very eager to get started and fix the problem I was having with a horrible smell in my ductvents, which had recently been cleaned so was a mystery. He went up in the attic and checked then the vents themselves and even outside vent. Then he checked the furnace and blower then the kitchen vent, still a mystery so he checked my dryer and the conclusion was my dryer, so, I immediately called LG and they are coming out tomorrow to hopefully fix the problem. Sunny did sanitize my furnace blower to see it that would help and to kill any bacteria that might be in the ducts. The smell remains but hopefully after tomorrow it will be gone. I am very pleased with this company and Sunny was excellent, knowledgeable, courteous and genuinely a great person. I will use them in the future if I need any work done, very happy with how they handled everything from beginning to end. Sunny is a star in my book.

Shlomi is a wonderful person to work with. I live in Arizona, but manage a family home in California. Shlomi was very quick to respond to my query, and provided detailed information on my job. I needed 52 year old air ducts cleaned and sanitized. I had recently renovated the home, so I had concerns about scratches on new wood floors from ladders, and wanted to be assured that the ductwork would be cleaned well, while my high standards for quality were upheld. Shlomi communicated with me in a very professional, yet caring way and my tenants were thrilled with his efficient and professional job. His prices are reasonable and he has great interpersonal skills to boot! I would not hesitate to refer ESI Repairs & Upgrades, and Shlomi, to others needing his expertise. Shlomi was kind enough to come over the very next day and even offered to come on the same day we called him up. He fixed our kitchen exhaust right away and gave us a fairly cheap solution. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs a hand in cleaning their ducts, pipings and most home repair jobs.

ESI got back to me quickly and sent a tech out that day to get the job done. There was some miscommunication about what exactly we needed done (they gave me a duct cleaning quote when what I needed was a duct replacement), so it ended up being a bit more than I expected, but overall they were fast and professional and communication was easy.

We moved into a new home and a neighbor recommended that we get our ducts cleaned before heater season. We had gotten this done in previous homes but had never been involved in the decision making so we didn't know how this worked or what kind of price to expect.
We got quotes for several providers, and ESI was the lowest price. Several of the other providers tacked on several other "services" that our "newer" home did not yet need. The folks who came out and did the job were efficient and courteous, and explained what they did, how often we should get this sort of cleaning, etc.
We highly recommend and will be coming back to this company when we need to have this service redone.
