I discovered Sal through Yelp reviews. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. On the day of installation, he kept me updated multiple times with his team's ETA. When his team arrived, they were very professional, respecting our home by laying out tarps and wearing shoe covers. The job involved replacing the wall furnace and installing a new thermostat, which his team completed in an hour. They cleaned up immediately after finishing, leaving no trace of their work.They also walked us through basic instructions and offered helpful suggestions. We are extremely satisfied to have the heat restored and appreciate the excellent service from Sal and his team.

I had an issue where my system was not heating, and Cost Less came out and fixed my furnace quickly and professionally. From the start, the service was smooth and stress-free. Aberham did a great jobhe was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain what was wrong and how it was fixed. What I really appreciated was that there was no upselling, no pressure, and no unnecessary recommendations, just straightforward and honest work.
