What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The base fee includes two movers and a pick up truck for delivering and moving truck for moving. If the moving truck is needed for any type of delivery then an extra fee will be applied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask our costumers to book us directly through our website. If they still have questions they can always reach out to our support team.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
