Fantastic experience with the technician, Sharif. My garage door spring snapped one evening and Sharif was able to come out to my house the following morning and replace both springs on my door. During the replacement he noticed a couple of other issues and helped make a few adjustments so that the door opens and closes more smoothly too. Five stars!

Sharif is the best, especially for my garage door. In 14 years, I have had many installers and repairmen. He is understanding, yet quick to diagnose the problem and then patiently show me both the issue, how he will solve, and final professional fix, everything step by step so anyone can understand. He is extremely approachable with any questions I have and regularly coming earlier than I schedule with him. One time he came late at night just to help me prevent a home break in and that was my first time meeting him!
