They were punctual and professional both during the initial quote and on the actual installation day, which immediately set a good tone. One thing that really stood out was how thoroughly they assessed the attic. They correctly identified the need for baffles—something no other company mentioned during earlier quotes. After doing my own research, I realized how essential baffles are for proper airflow, so I really appreciated their attention to detail and technical knowledge. The work order itself was also exceptionally well documented. Unlike some other contractors who brushed things off as “easy enough,” this team clearly wrote out what would be done and why. That level of clarity helped me understand exactly what I was getting and made me feel much more comfortable moving forward. They also provided photo proof of all the completed work, which was reassuring and showed transparency. The installation team was polite, professional, and focused—no loud behavior, no unnecessary hanging around, just efficient and respectful work. They even took care of a couple of small items beyond the original scope, such as adding meshes for vents, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was a smooth and positive experience. Alexander arrived within the scheduled time window, was courteous (put on shoe covers) and when he learned that I needed an electrician instead of a HVAC service, he said he would check it out anyway. He was thorough when finding the issue (no power to the furnace). Once he was finished installing the transformer, he checked the Google Nest and there was still an issue. He immediately went back upstairs and opened the ceiling to find out what was going on and then explained the options. He was also incredibly organized and clean. Very impressed with the level of professionalism with this company and categorically recommend them."See more
