I got a tankless water heater installed. Elvis is very detail oriented and was prompt to respond. He suggested to use the proper size of the gas pipe even though that increased the cost of the project significantly but he told me it was necessary to make full use of the system I was purchasing. Alex responded immediately to my service request for my water heater and showed up in 30 minutes as promised. He diagnosed the issue to a faulty thermocouple to be replaced. He had all the required parts and tools in his truck and completed the task in a short time. He was very detail oriented and checked for any gas and Carbon monoxide leaks too.
