My experience was not good. I had an issue with the electric tankless water heater and the guy who came didn’t have experience with it. He kept calling his boss on the phone to figure out the issue. At the end, he advised to start with servicing the tankless heater and installing a few shutoff valves to make it easier. Now get this, their quote to service a water heater is $350 (new heater is $250 on homedepot). Their quote to add 4 shutoff valves is freaking $850. This is excluding the $100 they asked just to show up for the non-diagnosis. I got another plumber to put in a new water heater and install the shutoff valves for $150 total. $150 vs $1200 You do the math
