The company did a great job with the bathroom remodel. My bathroom had not been changed since the condo was built in 1989, and it needed a complete makeover. The crew helped with every stage and the completed work is better than I expected. They also did all of the flooring in my place so the entire place looks and feels new. The total job was done in a few weeks and they were entirely responsive with all my questions and needs. Couldn’t be happier with the results.

I hired OT Bay Builders to extend an existing landing so that it could service the existing back door and a second one I added. Tyler was the project manager and from the time he arrived to give me the estimate to the time the project was 100% complete he provided excellent customer service. He was super responsive and always punctual. The crew that did the actual work were also great. They listened to exactly what I wanted and executed flawlessly. I had very specific instructions on how it needed to be done to ensure it passed inspections and both inspections passed on the first attempt. I'm very happy with the final result and even happier that it was at a great price.
