- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our specialist will assess all the details of your project and provide an accurate quote for the work. If needed, we’re happy to offer a preliminary estimate for materials as well. For smaller handyman jobs, we offer flexible hourly service at just $60/hour, with travel expenses from San Jose to your location billed separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing the task and evaluating the object. Based on the specifics of the work, we select the most suitable specialist. Together with the repairman or contractor, we then determine the best approach for completing the job and prepare a detailed estimate. Once that’s done, we agree on a convenient date to carry out the work and go over all relevant process details.

Our team includes trained and experienced professionals with backgrounds in construction, home repair, and specialized trades. Many of our specialists have completed vocational training, certifications, and hands-on apprenticeships in their respective fields. We continuously stay updated with industry standards to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work for every project.
