Had an issue with my whole house fan not spinning or opening the shutters. I contacted SuperDen -- they were responsive and upfront about pricing, offering a simple or complex troubleshooting fee that would go toward the cost of the repair if needed. It felt fair and transparent. Denis showed up on time, went into the attic, found the issue quickly, and fixed it efficiently. Compared to another provider who quoted me a much higher flat fee, this ended up costing me less than half -- and with much better communication. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism, and I'll definitely consider him for future work.
