Introduction: I️ offer 10 years of competing experience in combat sports. I️ teach all the facets of mixed martial arts, Muay Thai, kickboxing, western boxing, brazilian jiu jitsu, and wrestling. I️ also have been a strength and conditioning coach for several years. On top of any combat sport training, I also sport specific strength & conditioning/ programming. I️ can help you increase strength, speed, mobility, and help you build lean muscle mass while doing so.
