- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the size, condition, and type of cleaning needed. I offer competitive rates and personalized quotes for every home. First-time and deep cleanings may have a different price than recurring services. Discounts may be available for weekly or biweekly recurring cleanings. For an accurate quote, please send me photos and details about your home and the cleaning services you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I first ask about their cleaning needs and, when possible, request photos of the home so I can provide an accurate estimate. Before the cleaning, I confirm the date, time, type of service, and any specific areas the client would like me to focus on. On the day of the cleaning, I arrive on time and make sure I understand the client’s expectations before getting started. I pay close attention to detail and treat every home with care and respect. After the cleaning, I make sure everything has been completed according to the client’s needs and follow up to make sure they are satisfied with the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 3 years of experience cleaning residential homes. Throughout my experience, I have developed strong cleaning skills and continue to improve my techniques and attention to detail every day. I have experience with standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and more detailed cleaning projects. I always pay close attention to each client’s specific requests because I understand that every home and every client has different needs. I take my work seriously and take pride in making a noticeable difference in the condition of a home. I have experience with more intensive cleanings and can handle homes that need significant attention and detailed care. I also have experience cleaning kitchens, floors, appliances, bathrooms, and other areas that require extra attention. My goal is always to provide thorough, reliable, and high-quality service while making sure the client is satisfied with the results.
