He showed up and was physically at my house for maybe 1.5 hours. What he did was very, very little. My entire home is 1200 sq ft (a small home) and was completely renovated last year, so our home is easy to clean. The housecleaning job was very specific. #1 - in the kitchen - load dishwasher with dirty dishes from sink, wipe counters and stove top, sweep floor, #2 - wipe down the small front bathroom sink and small counter (the tub, sink, and floor had been scrubbed 2 days ago and was spotless), #3 - sweep the hardwood floors in the front of the house. What he did: He was in the front bathroom for 30 minutes, then he swept 3 front rooms (he did not get into the corners or underneath the tables), then he said that he did not have enough time to do the kitchen - so nothing done in the kitchen! Then he left. I came home and had to clean the kitchen and re-sweep the front of house! I am now getting in bed after midnight with my family and guests coming in the morning. Horrible experience! The 2 stars are for you, because you were exceptionally kind and understanding to get me someone in such short notice.
