The issue with AC that suddenly went off was identified within minutes, and fixed on spot on the same day, an hour after the call.
In fact, it was also a potential fire hazard due to bad electric connection, and I'm lucky I've got it taken care of ASAP.
Now recommending to my friend who has issues with heater and needs help.
