We hired Nash and his team to remove a load bearing wall from below our garage. As you can imagine, it was quite the task. He worked with a structural engineer to get the plans settled and permitted through the city. The amazing part was once we had the permits, how quickly he moved on the job. His crew was done with it in a matter of days. They were also very respectful of other parts of my home by putting down paper + properly cleaning up after. He also was able to get the beam added basically flush to the ceiling to help with our short ceilings. The best part? It was all on budget. I’ve never had a GC stay on budget before. We will definitely hire him again.

Naresh was prompt in responding to my initial query for a bathtub leaking into the floor below. He showed up on time and explained all the possibilities. He even said I could hire a handyman to save money. But explained what I could lose by going that route. The work itself was carried out in a flawless way. All waste was neatly cleaned up. Patching was great with no trace of the repair done. I hope I'll not have any issues in the house, but should they occur, Naresh will be the first I'll reach out to.

Nash's bid came in lower than some of the others we received, so we went with him. The project entailed new construction to replace all the windows and doors throughout our home, including the front door. Our project faced some delays because of supply chain issues, but once the materials arrived they were able to start a couple days later. Nash's team were prompt, arriving a little before 8am every day (M-F) unless it was pre-arranged for a different schedule. They were very polite and clean and professional. Bony was the team lead, and we were very impressed with his ability to problem solve. We had several things come up that needed quick solutions and he resolved everything creatively and with great results! There were a couple 'oops' that they corrected promptly, and some unforeseen things like broken tile and rot were also fixed quickly. Their finishes and touch ups are outstanding and beautiful, from tile work, stucco and paint. I have had construction work done before and there is a trend where the guys will disappear when there is still some touching up to do - but these guys were here until everything was finished and cleaned up and trash hauled away. The project took about 4 weeks and we are very pleased with the decision to go with NT. Phase two is happening in a few months!
