- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Pricing is very competitive, from start to finish I will provide a detailed cost and will discuss and answer any questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process would start with the initial free estimate, listen to the clients request and interest. I would then collect information on measurements, materials and cost. The estimate would be submitted either by fax or email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed contractor holding a C-27 license. I have had training in water conservation and irrigation, plants,hardscape,lighting and all aspects of landscape construction and installation
