All Natural Lawn Care Service! We only use products that are safe for people, pets, and the environment. We have a zero tolerance company policy for all pesticides, chemicals, synthetic fertilizers. Please see our list of tasks we perform with our service, to help avoid applying any pesticides or chemicals. Soil tests are performed when starting new accounts. Monitoring soil moisture Watering lawns deeply & infrequently. And, with multiple watering cycles, with short run times to avoid run off. Water audits, if needed. Closely monitor operation of irrigation system Apply organic matter to help feed the soil, which helps feed plants. Apply mulch to all bare spots where soil is exposed. Rejuvenation hand pruning performed in the spring. Aerate lawns once, or twice each year, if needed. De-thatching lawns if needed. Mow high in summer & shorter in the winter. Always keeping mower blades sharp! Keeping mower deck clean. Grass cycle mowing (mulch lawn clippings in place) And, so much more! I hired Pedro to do maintenance for our large yard and he has just started. His price was very reasonable and so far I'm impressed with his knowledge of the plants we have and their water needs. He also studied our drip system and made us a birds eye view of our house with the yard divided by water stations. No one has ever done that for us, and I found it so helpful. He then set the timers to save water. I plan to hire him to do some other landscaping for us when and if we get some rain. So far I am very happy with him.

After purchasing a home that had a yard fit for a master gardener, I realized I basically had no (or at least, not enough) skills to care for the yard. Pedro with ATR Landscape came in to save the day. Pedro knows exactly what he is doing on multiple fronts, be it lawn, garden, tree, or irrigation system. He is the man. He also does it all with a smile and a fantastically friendly personality. Pedro has taken all my fears and anxieties away and replaced them with the ability to enjoy my landscaping. I now have a maintenance contract with him because I am thrilled with his work. If you have any landscaping needs whatsoever, you absolutely must call Pedro. He will take care of you and make sure your yard looks its absolute best!

Pedro is a man who cares about the environment, and it shows. I am excited to work with him to get my yard in even better shape than it was before! Can't beat the value, especially since he uses sustainable practices, not chemical shortcuts. Will update once he has gotten his hands on my landscape!

Over the past 24 years I'v worked with Homeowners, Property Managers, Real estate agents, Facilities, HOA Board Members, Board Presidents & their Landscape committees. As well as, General contractors, Architects, Sub-contractors, and City Inspectors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for at least three references, and follow up with them. If possible go look at jobs they have installed, or are currently managing. Ask how knowledgeable are they with irrigation. Installing, and or maintaining.
