- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*** I DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE (sorry!). * I offer a FREE 30-minute Discovery Session, as my gift to all interested customers, to help you get clear on your goals, and it also helps me see if I can help you or not. All I'm asking from you is to respect my time as you would respect yours by showing up during the scheduled appointment. * After the Discovery session, and if I believe that I can help you, then I will propose a package to help you solve the problems you are experiencing. * In some cases, i.e. solving a recurring conflict with your spouse, I might offer the Trial Period for 3 sessions so that you can experience and learn how to resolve any future conflicts with your spouse. All of my coaching sessions are done through Zoom, so you will see me and I will see you on camera. You will get the notes with action items, and the recording (if you want it). When you become my client, you will have access to my email, text, and I will respond to your questions with no additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discovery Call (30 minutes) to find out if I can help the client or not. 2. Strategy Session (2 hours) to plan the most important areas that we are going to work on during the time you signed up for. This is for clients who are looking for life coaching, and who commit to a 6-month package. 3. Initial Assessments to create a baseline on the areas the client wants to work on. 4. Mid-term Assessment & Final Assessment to measure the progress from the works we did.
